Call for Papers: Sustainable Development of Rural Areas and Agriculture
The journal Sustainability (ISSN 2071-1050, IF 2.075) is currently running a Special Issue entitled "Sustainable Development of Rural Areas and Agriculture". I have the great honour and pleasure to serve as a Guest Editor for this issue. Based on your outstanding contribution in this field, I would kindly invite you to contribute a paper to this special issue.
Rural areas and agriculture play a significant role in the economy around the world. They are the settings for the life and work of a large part of society, and such areas produce food, as well as the non-food raw materials used in many branches of industry and in the energy sectors. Unfortunately, the development of rural areas and agriculture has generated many problems related to the lack of balance of economic, social, and ecological factors.
For further reading, please follow the link to the Special Issue Website.
The submission deadline is 31 May 2020. You may send your manuscript now or up until the deadline. Submitted papers should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. I also encourage authors to send a short abstract or tentative title to the Editorial Office in advance.
For further details on the submission process, please see the instructions for authors at the journal website.
